A: A van that has been specially equipped to allow accessibility for a wheelchair or scooter user. It also accepts devices to enable drivers to drive with minimal effort.

Q: How long is the conversion warranty?
A: Most van conversion companies offer a 3 year / 36,000 mile conversion warranty, whichever occurs first. This warranty is only applicable to the components installed by authorized dealers. Please note some electronic components carry different warranties.

Q: Can I buy a conversion van directly from GT Mobility & Services?
A: YES!! We can sell directly to the consumer. We work directly with your local dealer who supplies the van for conversion and also offers financing to qualified individuals. Or you may buy a vehicle through your local dealer and we will handle the rest of the conversion. Make sure to contact us before purchasing the chassis.

Q: What is MSRP?
A: MSRP means Manufactured Suggested Retail Price. This is not necessarily the final purchase price. There may be dealer discounts and factory rebates that may apply, including a $1,000 mobility rebate from many car manufacturers.

Q: How many people can you comfortably seat in a full sized conversion van?
A: You can comfortably seat seven individuals.

Q: How well does a conversion van tow?
A: A full sized conversion van has the towing capability equal to and in some cases better than a sport utility vehicle.

Q: If I need a vehicle that needs to be equipped for a physically challenged individual, what steps should I follow for the purchase decision?
A: Before you purchase a vehicle, contact a driving rehab evaluator if you plan to drive, if you need a transportation type vehicle contact a GT Mobility & Services Mobility Consultant to determine what your individual needs may be.
